Safe and Drug Free
About the Project
The Safe and Drug Free project targets the issue of addiction among youth by focusing on individuals who frequently interact with young people, such as youth workers. The project aims to provide these individuals with comprehensive information about drugs and teach effective communication techniques for engaging with those struggling with addiction. Additionally, the project seeks to inform about available professional support services for individuals facing addiction.
Moreover, the project equips youth workers with innovative tools and methods to communicate effectively with young people who are at risk of or currently involved in substance misuse. Educators participating in the project will also gain knowledge about preventive measures aimed at reducing the risk of substance abuse among youth.
